Hello to the 12 litigants that settled (out of court) with Cabot Oil & Gas Corporation.
Seeing a picture of the Sautner’s old house in Dimock with DIMOCK PROUD signs in front of it, raises a yet unasked and unanswered question.
What are you all doing for water these days?
We know Ray Kemble is not delivering water to your homes.
We know that only the Sautners’ left town. The Seymour family left Dimock too. The rest of you are still living in your homes. In fact, some people are even living in the old trailer out back of the Carter house and there is a Culligan sign proudly posted out front.
Does that mean that all your water woes have been resolved by the Culligan Man?
We want to hear from one of the famous 12 litigants. And . . . .why hasn’t the media raised this same question?

The Media are in with the gangster/destroyer in Washington DC. Please, please keep fracking, let our great nation be independent from Arabs and Muslims. VIVA CAPITALISM DEATH TO COMMUNISM.
GOD BLESS YOU.

stormy liked your post on dimockproud
They thought A Question For The Carter Road Litigants was pretty awesome.
Great advertising! Maybe all the New Brunswick Antis could become Culligan franchisees!
Hehe!
HEY CULLIGAN MAN!
I was watching Frack Nation and thought it was very good. The People that are so against this, hid from about every question they were asked.. When you’re right, usually you want everyone to listen to what you have to say, but these Folks dodged questions that I would have loved to hear the answers to… What are you hiding????? I guess some People just have their own agenda’s…
If they are SO against it, the question is not only why do the litigants remain on their allegedly polluted land, but also why Sautners bought a home with LEASED acreage in New York State? If your water was so contaminated and it affected your life SO negatively, why would you risk having it happen again?
I really wish some of you would pop by this Face Book group of Antis here in NB

It is great finally seeing a Dimock Proud sign on the Sautners House, it looks so much better than the old jugs out front !!!!
Water is still privately being delivered by Ray or Scott or Ray Hubert to their homes . Ray Kemble still has a pick up to deliver water from Montrose. Why is the Sautner house still empty and was bought by an investment co. from Houston?
the litigants are still not drinking their water; Culligan is servicing three homes that I know about on Carter Rd. and the Carters and their family are still not drinking the water; they use bottled water and Culligan had to install another filter, which makes several filters on the old Carter trailer because the water still was not clear, but yellow and now seems clear. The Ely’s , Sheila and Bill, have a filtering system, very elaborate from Cabot and still are drinking bottled water and it’s being tested weekly by Cabot. Three litigants get private , water deliveries. Others I know still drink bottled water and know of none personally with filtering systems that drink their water.
DEP still is not allowing drilling in the 9 sq. miles in and beyond Carter Rd., because there is still high methane in some of the water wells. Costello gas pad has issues and a service rig for the past two months and there was migrating methane from that pad that affected one home beyond the Elys and turned their water dark brown and they have a water buffalo and bottled water.
The DEP Consent Order that states that Cabot is responsible for the contamination of the litigants water and more than the 11 families’ water is still intact and has not been rescinded by the DEP. Why is that ??
Good question. Ann Van Lenten (of Dimock) wrote to the PA DEP on January 24, 2013 asking that same question. No reply from the DEP. She again wrote a letter on April 1, 2013 – no reply from the DEP.
The high methane in some of the water wells, in all probability, was always high prior to gas drilling. No one tested for methane prior to drilling so no one can say 100% that this is or is not true. However, the DEP is waiting for the methane levels to go down when in all actuality it may NEVER go down beyond it’s current levels.
We are tired of being ignored by the DEP. They do, after all, work for all of us – not just those who scream the loudest.
there are tests done on the litigants before Cabot drilled; ask Cabot about those tests; it show no “hydrocarbons” in their water. Ask DEP about these pre-drill tests.
