did you fill out the seller disclousure statement ? it needs to be filled out at time of listing and is given to all interested buyers when they view the property, have you done this? not asking about the docket or lawsuit info, asking about real estate disclousure?

Yes, mineral rights transfer to the buyer. Unlike the Sautner sale – the Sautners’ kept their mineral rights and are still collecting royalties from the Dimock house that they sold last August.
